The Albemarle Housing Improvement Program (AHIP) is a nonprofit, state-licensed Class A contractor, that completes emergency repairs, home rehabs, and energy-efficiency upgrades for low-income households in Charlottesville and Albemarle County. Working year-round with a spectrum of community partners, including local governments, peer nonprofits, public funding agencies, area contractors and supply houses, local businesses, private foundations, individual donors, and volunteers, their mission is to ensure safe, affordable homes for their neighbors in need.

what we did

StickyNote Creative’s partnership with AHIP began with their Calendar Year End holiday mailing solicitation letter.

In an effort to elevate the previous year’s CYE, and incorporate the warmth of the holiday season, we tailored the design of the refreshed letter solicitation to complement handwritten note cards they planned to send out to their major donors.

Following the CYE, we assisted with the design of their organizational overview one-pager, created a set of personalized notecards, designed a couple of magazine advertisements and worked to vectorize their raster-only logo.

Additionally, StickyNote Creative designed AHIP’s Fiscal Year End self-mailer and their Annual Report Snapshot.
